
Stephanie Sigman, a Mexican-American actress. Her breakout role was in Miss Bala (2011), an Mexican crime-drama film. She has gone on to appear in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015), Going Under (2016) as well as Annabelle: Creation (2017). Sigman made an appearance in Narcos (2015) as in S.W.A.T.(2017) The second and first seasons, respectively. Sigman was born to an Mexican mother and an American father, Lee Sigman (a New York Yankees Scout from Kansas), who were both born in Ciudad Obregon. Sigman is an U.S. citizen through her father. [2][3][4] The father of her, athlete Kenneth Ray Sigman was her mother. Her career began on Mexican television before she made her debut on film in Rio de Oro. She played the principal role of Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala) in a Mexican crime drama. [6] The Mexican entry for Best Foreign Language Film was picked at the 84th Academy Awards. The following year, she was a Catalina Aguado in the Canadian documentary film Flight of the Butterflies. In 2013, Sigman starred with Pioneer the film, the Norwegian thriller.
